What You’ll Do
Lead the Boys Wrestling program, overseeing technical development and competition strategy.
Foster a high-intensity, disciplined, and safe training environment.
Recruit and retain student-athletes to grow the program at all levels.
Mentor young men to develop resilience and mental toughness.
