When you download the app, you should tap the Menu in the lower left, then Settings in the lower right. Set your default organization to the school you want to see when you open the app. Use the “My Organizations” list to add other schools or the district to make sure you get all important notifications. When you return to the home screen, use the schools button in the lower right to navigate between your favorite pages.


Tomorrow, Thurs. 5/25 is Superhero Field Day and Early Release (1:10 PM). Reminders: no backpacks, flip flops, crocs, etc.; wear sunscreen, sneakers, and play clothes (shorts/t-shirt); bring a water bottle & hat. It's going to be a fantastic Firebird day!


FHE Families: Due to the nature of Field Day and adjusted schedules, we will not be able to host guests (parents, etc.) during lunches tomorrow, 5/25/23. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to a fantastic Field Day!

FHE Superhero Field Day is Thursday, May 25th which is also an early release day. (1:10 PM) Students should not bring a backpack. Please apply sunscreen before sending students to school (do not send sunscreen). Students should bring a water bottle and they may wear a hat. Sneakers/tennis shoes are a MUST for safety reasons and students will be most comfortable in shorts/t-shirts. We look forward to a great day!


Good morning and welcome to the last week of school! A few things to do this week:
1. Pay fines, fees and Student Nutrition Balances.
2. Pick up medicine from the school clinic. It cannot be sent home on the bus.
3. Verify your e-mail in the Parent Portal so you don’t miss important communication this summer.
4. Return library books and other school materials.
5. Check the lost and found. (That missing garment could be there somewhere!)
6. Check dates for welcome back and open house.
7. Mark your calendars: We’ll see you Aug. 21!
8. Put on your sunscreen and grab your water bottle for field day!

Monday's lunch choices at Flint Hill are zoo crew nuggets or grilled cheese. Some of the grilled cheese will be on bread and some will be on the rolls. Our kitchen staff is using the supplies we have on hand so that nothing is wasted. Let's have a great week!

MAP Testing continues for grades 3, 4, and 5 this week. Thank you for ensuring your Firebirds are present and ready to test each and every test day. We will wrap up our testing schedule on Friday. Ms. Bahan will schedule make-ups the following week, should they be necessary.

Thank you to our FHE community, PTC, Mrs. Wehmeier, and Mrs. Lewis! Our staff felt very appreciated this week and we can't thank you enough!


Third grade begins their MAP testing tomorrow, Friday, 5/5/23. Please make sure your Firebird has a good night's sleep, a healthy breakfast, and is present for testing.


Tomorrow, Friday, 5/5/23, is Courtesy and Respect Day in Fort Zumwalt. Join Flint Hill and the rest of the district by dressing in your favorite shade of blue. Staff members will receive their Blue Notes on Friday. Thanks for helping us celebrate this week!


Tomorrow, Fri., 5/5/23, is Mrs. Bauer's Kids Heart Challenge Glow Party. Students who raised $100+ for the American Heart Association received an invitation. Wear your Kids Heart Challenge t-shirt or a bright, neon shirt so you GLOW as we are having fun from 2:30-3:30.


Tonight is Flint Hill's STEAM Night from 6-7:30 PM. Don't miss all of the exciting activities, our art show, choir performance, and food trucks on the playground.


"Reading is everywhere!" so at Flint Hill we are wearing clothing with (kind) words tomorrow and our Book Fair spirit week continues.


Flint Hill will recognize all of our "sweet" teachers and staff members tomorrow. Thursday, 5/4/23. Students are invited to bring a "sweet treat" or a "sweet note" to their favorite staff member(s).


We are celebrating our SUPER staff and teachers at Flint Hill this week. Tomorrow is "Superheroes need SUPER tools" day. Honor a favorite staff member by bringing their favorite school supply.


Wednesday is Sports Day at Flint Hill as we celebrate our champion readers! Students and staff are invited to wear their favorite sports or team gear.
