This week our 5th Grade student are experience the essence of outdoor education on our campus. On Tuesday, our student participated in two presentations. First, students learned all about reptiles that live in habitats found here in Missouri - lizards, turtles and snakes, oh my! The World Bird Sanctuary also presented Birds of Prey, introducing students to owls, hawks and more.
Throughout this week students will learn, work and play cooperatively in a series of games and activities. Archery, tie dye, square dancing, camp songs and just having fun will round out other activities for the week. This year, we welcome high school counselors back to camp, including a couple of RCE alum.
